Refund policy

Everything in the shop is a digital download, so there’s nothing to send back.

If a file is faulty, won’t open, or isn’t what we described, email us at officialxeuphoria@gmail.com within 30 days of your order and we’ll send you a working file or refund you in full.

You can also change your mind: cancel within 14 days of your order for a full refund.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a little longer to show it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at officialxeuphoria@gmail.com.
